Q : I am having trouble logging in.
A : In order to Log In, use your last name and Global ID number. If you've tried several times and are still having difficulty, please call us at 1-888-741-2447 or email us at support@winningwithpride.com.

Q : Will my point card expire?
A : Yes. All point cards have expiration dates printed on the back.

Q : How many points is my card worth?
A : The value of each card is 1,000 points.

Q : What do I do if there is a problem with the item(s) I received?
A : We hope you enjoy your purchase and want you to know that your satisfaction is extremely important to us. If you receive an incorrect item or merchandise damaged in transit, we will cover the return shipping costs. In the event that your shipment arrives damaged, please refuse the shipment at the time of delivery, if possible. If a damaged package is accepted, it should be kept in its original shipping carton and Customer Service should be contacted at 1-888-741-2447 or support@winningwithpride.com within 7 days of delivery. All apparel must be returned in new and unused conditioned.

Q : Do my points expire?
A : With the close of the program on 12/15/2013, all unused points will be forfeited. Please make every effort to use all points prior to 12/15/2013.

Q : Will my unused points as of 12/16/13 be transferred to the new recognition program?
A : No.

Q : What is a “Fire Sale” item?
A : Fire Sale items are items that are active in the program but have had their point value cut in half. For example, an item with a previous point value of 4,000 points would now be 2,000.

Q : How do I know which items are “Fire Sale” items?
A : Fire Sale items are all listed on the main page when you click Redeem your Points as well as in each point category denoted by the words FIRE SALE in the item heading.

Q : What if I receive my “Fire Sale” item and it’s damaged or incorrect?
A : Fire Sale items carry the same warranty and exchange policy as all of items in the program. Please refer to the above question What do I do if there is a problem with the items(s) I receive?

Your product is protected under the manufacturer’s warranty. After 30 days, please refer to your manufacturer’s warranty included in your package.
